Russian forces claimed that they have captured five Ukrainian stronghold in Kupyansk direction in northeastern Ukraine amid heavy fighting. Russia’s ministry of defence also claimed to have repelled multiple Ukrainian attacks in Donetsk and said a Su-35 fighter of Ukrainian forces was shot down in the region.
