Journey - Separate Ways (Worlds Apart) (Guitar Cover)

Always, always loved the harmony in the pre chorus. May even be my favourite part of the song, but it’s such a killer track anyway. Once again Neal doing his typical motif playing, giving your ear a nice memorable melody before adding some shred to it. Also quite like his verse muting but it’s actually quite difficult to hit that same faux harmonic every time. Really enjoyable to learn and play, so I hope it’s like that to watch and listen to. :) Check out my other Journey covers here - I use a Charvel DK24 into a Boss Me50 (where I get my tone), into a Palmer Pdi-09 (which simulated a mic’d up cab) into a Focusrite Scarlett into my computer running Logic Pro X (where I add a little EQ and Reverb).
