Mallard family left torn in two after CRASH LANDING!

We’ve often had to relocate female mallards and their young ducklings, from dangerous locations. However, we couldn’t have prepared ourselves for the heartbreaking outcome of this next rescue. Having crash landed on top of pond netting, this female mallard had sustained truly traumatic injuries. Unable to reach her five young ducklings in the pond below, it was up to Simon and Lawrie, along with the help of the home owners, to rescue them from the water before they became waterlogged and drowned.
