10 Most Jewish States in the USA. Today, we are looking at states with the most significant percentage of their population identifying as Jewish. We have done several videos in this series like the whitest and blackest states, a couple of months back, we did the most Asian and Hispanic states. During that time I have had more than a few requests for most Jewish states. So, here we are. As I researched this I was surprised at the states that showed up and where. Mostly because I grew up in an area in southern California that had a large Jewish community and several cities in my part of California had even larger communities. This is a perfect example of your experience doesn’t always line up with the stats. This happens typically with crime stats in small cities. I say the place has low crime and some local tells me I am wrong. The crime rate is through the roof because their car got broken into, and they had some illegal dump at the city’s park. Today, we are looking at what states have the most significant portion of their population showing up as Jewish according to the US Census.
