Written and created by Doug Bleichner and Sam Wagstaff After two hip young tenants fail to pay their rent 12 months in a row, Skeleton pays them a visit and quickly realizes his need to appear cool vastly outweighs his desire for rent money. “Skeleton Landlord” is a sitcom about a shrill, high energy computer-animated Skeleton named “Skeleton” who owns an apartment complex. With the help of his maintenance man Mark, Skeleton works hard to maintain the property, but not without getting into trouble due to his bone-rattling lust for attention. Episodes follow Skeleton and Mark as they deal with tenants and the various conflicts that arise in the bizarre universe they inhabit. The series takes place in a computer generated world with live-action actors.
