Ukraine repel Russian assault on Avdiivka using Bradleys and FPV drones to inflict heavy causalities

Russian forces launched a three-pronged attack on the north-eastern outskirts of Avdiivka. Two waves of infantry marched towards the Kamianka area. It is thought the Russians were trying to break through in small groups, or to distract for another strike. At the same time, a convoy of at least 10 armoured fighting vehicles travelled through Vesele near Avdiivka. The Russians used a tank at the head of the convoy which acted as a deminer. Ukraine’s 110th Brigade sent BMP combat vehicles to counter-attack Russian infantry, who eventually retreated as the battle raged on.
