Donald Trump is back on the campaign trail and ready to tackle America’s seemingly intractible homelessness crisis. Under a second Trump administration the homeless will be dealt with humanely, he pledges, but they’ll still be forced to get off the streets as the urban encampments so prevalent in today’s cities will be made illegal.
