Female figure sculpture without armature in water clay

Sculpting without armatures can be a little tricky. Generally you sculpt without an armature with water clay so you can fire it. Clay that is fired in a kiln is extermely strong and lasts thousands of years. You can also make a mold from water clay, but most people prefer to use plasticine or oil based clay for casting. Water clay is the ultimate inexpensive form of clay that you can get a final result. After this video I will show you how to fire it in a kiln.
