It’s one of the most watched films in the world this summer, except in Japan. “Oppenheimer,“ which is about the real-life journey of J. Robert Oppenheimer to create the atomic bomb, is an international hit and is already sparking Oscar talk. But the buzz is quite subdued in Japan, where actual atomic bombs leveled Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945. The film hasn’t been released in the country and the distributor hasn’t done much to advertise it. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
