Who’s going to vote for Keir Starmer? Maybe they think there are no alternatives to voting for them? Who’s going to vote for Keir “I support Zionism without qualification” Starmer in the London mayoral election, and more than 50 constituencies across Britain with a number of Muslims alone, never mind all the other people who are devastated by what is happening? Maybe they think there are no alternatives to voting for them? But we are here to assure them that there definitely, absolutely will be alternatives in those constituencies and in the London mayoral election. We at the Workers Party aim to put a significant campaign in forthcoming elections. Labour and the Tories are just the same, Britain needs a party to give working-class people a real choice and voice. Fighting elections costs money, and we rely entirely upon our members, affiliates and supporters to meet the costs of campaigning activities. Party leader George Galloway announced during Congress 2023 that we intend to stand up to fifty candidates to challenge Starmer next year. Applicants do not have to be current members of the Workers Party, but will be asked to cover their own election expenses and attend an interview with the Workers Party in 2024.
