GTA IV: Introducing Tommy Garcia

Merry Christmas, ya filthy animals. An abrupt but entertaining beginning for a new piece of flesh that has now joined the gazillion other stupids of Liberty City, give it up for Tommy Garcia. He is one but many of the self-centered and spiteful individuals of the sidewalk we all walk past while playing our old, beloved, and boring GTA IV (Of course GTA V will blow this one away). We probably shot him many times and killed him for being a pedestrian, or he just got in the way of our bullets or vehicle
