Scientists discover the most energetic gamma rays from a pulsar ever

Using the . gamma-ray observatory in Namibia, an international team of researchers has discovered the most-energetic gamma-rays from a pulsar that has ever been recorded so far. The explanation of this new radiation component from the Vela pulsar on the Southern sky requires a whole new production mechanism.
