Tsumago-juku is a town located in Nagiso, Nagano prefecture and flourished as a shukuba machi (post town) on Nakasendo (Central Mountain Route) in Edo-era. Tsumago-juku and Magome-juku, which is a next post town, are popular sightseeing spots of Kisoji. Tsumago-juku still preserves classical buildings and atmosphere of old times.
