ISS Experiment Space Cheeseball Results

Dickinson High School student Thomas Hall presents the results of his Space Cheeseballs experiment after its return from the International Space Station. This mixture tube experiment contained buttermilk and rennet, which were mixed by ISS crew member Karen Nyberg on-orbit. Ground truth models of the experiment had the milk curdling into cheese.
