Community of Tacna, Peru left cleaning up after flood waters sweep cars away, damage buildings

Heavy rains hit the community of Tacna, Peru on Friday, causing flood waters to sweep down roads carrying multiple vehicles with them. According to reports, four people died during the flooding. Local infrastructure, including at least 250 homes, were damaged.
