Incredibly Rare Elton John Artifact `The Bread and Beer` album apparently only 1 copy has turned up - Valued at 2000 British Pounds you will probably never see a copy - comprising of Elton John, Caleb Quaye, Bernie Calvert, Roger Pope and two Jamaican Percussionists Rollo & Lennox, the band recorded a 7“ single for Decca their version of the Dick Barton Theme in Feb 1969. The band also recorded an albums worth of material in March/April same year only for Decca to reject it as Rubbish, So the band pressed it up on their own `Rubbish` label with Hand Made sleeve, they are supposed to have pressed up 10 - 100 copies (details are sketchy) however only 1 copy has turned up for sale.
