DAY 20 WHAAAAAT! Team, we’re getting closer to the final week of the challenge, how crazy! Today we have a 30 min CARDIO & ABS HIIT Workout with weights woohoo. If you have dumbbells - GREAT, if not... grab two bottles or bags of rice... something from your kitchen cupboard will do the job! No excuses, let’s burn calories together, it’s a good day to push it to your limit!! Let’s do it!
WORKOUT DETAILS
👉🏼 Duration: 30 MIN (Plus 5 mins cool-down stretches)
👉🏼 Intensity: Body Burner 💧💧
👉🏼 Dumbbells OR Bottles (I’m using 5kg dumbbells (each) in this workout for your reference)
👉🏼 50 Sec Work, 10 Sec Rest
👉🏼 No Repeat
