I heard my (excellent ) fellow hang player Jeff Hijlkema describe the hang as “two instruments in one“ whilst at the 2010 Hanguut in Udu-like Gu side and the melodic/rhythmical possibilties of the tone fields of the hang. . this is just one facet of the exploration that prompted. oh and thanks to ged camille too !
