INGREDIENTS:
1 lb / 450g beef
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 Egg
1 tbsp Cornstarch
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp of fresh ginger
1 red bell pepper
1/2 Poblano pepper (optional)
1/2 large onion
2-3 tbsp less sodium soy sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar (or Apple Cider Vinegar. The closest match to rice vinegar)
1/2 tsp brown sugar
dissolve 1 tbsp cornstarch in 1/4 cup/60 ml of water
Green onions (optional, but highly recommended 🤤)
