What is Flow? Sometimes it’s hard to describe what it means, but easy to identify when we see it. The endless and continuous motion that finds space to move even in silence and apparent stillness. The connections and transitions that seem to happen in round, not sharp edges. The effortlessness. Watching Evelyn dance brings all those images to me. It’s like watching dance under water. I can see the intention to create something unique through the pursuit of continuous movement that comes from within. It’s beautiful beyond measure, unique and inspiring. A couple weeks ago I was at the amazing event Mind, Movement, Magic, created and facilitated by Lisa Marie.
