Ashley Olsen “Holiday In The Sun“ Inspired Waves Tutorial!

Every time I wear my hair like this I seem to get compliments so I decided to take you guys back to 2001 and make a tutorial on this particular hair style. I know when I saw this movie, all I wanted to know was how to get my hair like Ashley’s. This isn’t 100% EXACTLY like hers but it’s pretty damn close and I do it a VERY specific way so hopefully you guys can find this useful or helpful! Woohooo! Enjoy!!!!!!
