Draping curtains and smoking hams... The Centaur task involves the leg work of a horse with the vertical, draping and released upper body of a man. Many who consider their legs ‘strong’ might discover that moving around and up and down while keeping the spine vertical and neutral is no easy thing to do. Our concept of ‘strength’ have become dogmatic and isolated. The one interested in moving in MANY different ways will need to look much further than traditional strength and conditioning exercises.
