The continuation of Final Fantasy VII Remake is here with the second part of the trilogy series, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. I am so excited to see familiar moments like the Nibelheim Incident, the Gold Saucer date, and everything at the Temple of the Ancients. This is sure to make fans of the OG VII happy to see one of the most iconic moments from the game being shown this way while giving new fans a taste of what to expect while events from the original are retold and twisted in Rebirth’s story. I am so curious as to where Zack’s story goes with the change from Crisis Core and how many references we’ll see from other games in the compilation like Before Crisis, Ever Crisis, Dirge of Cerberus, and Advent Children. Hopefully the game will answer questions I’ve had since the start of FF7 Remake like what Aerith knows, why is Zack alive, and why Loveless seems to be everywhere in Rebirth and Remake.
