GET READY for the HEAT! 🔥 This workout starts out slow and relaxed but quickly turns into a sweaty, fun mess. You will have one water break halfway through this workout, so make sure to grab your water bottle (hydration is so important and can help you not overeat after this high exertion workout). Take your time and go at your pace. If you need to pause the workout, it is totally okay! The point is that we keep our bodies moving and keep our heart rate up to get the burn on!
