The President was exiting the headquarters after a meal with his re-election team, as the collision took place around 8:07 pm. Secret service agents swiftly escorted Biden to safety after the impact. Security officers surrounded the damaged sedan, and agents aimed weapons at the driver, who raised his hands. The Bidens safely returned home following the incident.
