Much loved-ad for a little-remembered RS Escort. The ad agency plumbed the depths of cliché with a Mark II RS2000 in the intro and a Rocky-style comeback soundtrack. But it was fun and different without the usual hard-sell of the voiceover. But the car didn’t sell well, was it the because of, or despite the ad?.
