An Egyptian business mogul, Al Fayed is the owner of the world-famous Harrods department store, the English Premiership football team Fulham Football Club, and the Ritz Hotel in Paris. Al Fayed is best known outside Britain as the father of Dodi Fayed, who died in a car crash with Princess Diana. Al Fayed is ferocious in his criticism of the Royal Family, claiming them responsible for much of heartache he has had to endure.
