Helle - The Knife’s Journey documents the making and crafting of Helle knives at their factory in Holmedal, Norway. Helle knives are hand made by craftsmen and can involve up to 45 manual steps to complete. This video documents Helle’s use of wood and steel, the assembly, shaping, polishing and packaging of their knives, as well as the making and sewing of sheaths.
